By choosing the "Remember me on this computer" option when you log in, the computer you are currently using will remember your login details. This can be convenient for you because, when using that particular computer again, you won't have to type in your login details to access the site. If you go to the P.E.O. International members website on that computer in the future, you will be automatically logged in.
We send a cookie to the computer you're using which allows us to remember you. From then on, when you visit our website you will be automatically logged in. If you'd like to be remembered on more than one computer, you'll need to set up this service on each one. For your security, if "Remember me on this computer" is not used on a particular computer for 365 days, it will be disabled on that machine.
A cookie is a small piece of data sent by our website to your computer so that information relating to the website can be recalled. This can only happen if cookies are enabled in your browser.
NOTE: If you delete the browser cookies from your computer, this automatic login feature will be disabled on that computer. You can re-enable the automatic login by selecting "Remember me on this computer" then next time you log in.
Yes. The cookie held on your computer can only be accessed by someone using that computer. No personal or account information is held within the cookie.
We strongly recommend that you do not choose this option if you're using a shared computer, such as in an internet café or library. If you do select this option on a shared computer, any subsequent user will be able to access the P.E.O. International members website without having to log in.
